Guided tours may be organised with your own guide. However, due to the large number of external guided tours, our own - well trained and enthousiastic - guides and their groups have been hindered during their tours.
Hence the following rules:
We always prioritise museum guided tours.
Should a museum guided tour be held at the same time, you may be asked to start in a different room.
Please announce groups larger than 10 persons (maximum 20 persons a group) two weeks in advance.
External guided tours can only be held at 10 am and 3.30 pm.
Please respect a maximum of one tour at a time, lasting a maximum of 60 minutes.
Please do not speak too loudly as not to hinder the other visitors.
If your guided tour is unexpectedly cancelled, please inform us by calling 070 3585857 or mailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
