In museum Beelden aan Zee, children come into contact with sculpture in a playful way. When they arrive the museum teacher first tells them about the special location of the museum (at the seaside, hidden in a dune) and then how statues and figures are created. The children are divided into small groups feel and discuss various materials. They become acquainted with the tools used in sculpting. They then discuss a number of works of art.
